Kirk Landry is the Founder and CEO of Certum, a company he has led since 2016. With more than 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Kirk brings a well-rounded background in business management, project management, business development, customer relations, and technical sales.

Throughout his career, Kirk has worked closely with clients across the energy sector to deliver practical, results-driven solutions tailored to real-world operational needs. His experience spans multiple facets of the industry, allowing him to bridge technical expertise with strategic business leadership.

Kirk is known for his hands-on leadership style and his ability to build long-term client partnerships based on trust, transparency, and performance. Under his leadership, Certum continues to focus on safety, efficiency, and sustainable growth while providing solutions that meet the evolving needs of its customers.

Michael Richard serves as the Operations Manager at Certum Elite, bringing over 20 years of experience across industrial operations, healthcare administration, and compliance-driven environments. His background supports a detail-oriented, risk-aware approach to operations and project oversight.

At Certum Elite, Michael supports field operations, asset recovery, environmental services, and project management within the oil and gas sector. He is known for aligning operational execution with administrative discipline to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in coordination with field teams and leadership.

Michael’s strengths include operational coordination, compliance management, and process optimization, reinforcing Certum Elite’s commitment to safety, accountability, and consistent performance.

Harold “H” Safford is a General Manager and Sales Professional at Certum Elite with over 16 years of experience working with oil and gas production equipment. He is known for combining industry knowledge with effective project coordination to build strong working relationships with coworkers, customers, and vendors.

Through his role at Certum Elite, H supports a wide range of projects across the oil and gas sector, requiring collaboration, reliability, and operational expertise. He works closely with industry leaders and customers to ensure projects are executed efficiently and safely.

H holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and is a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI). He also holds certifications as an Asbestos Abatement Supervisor and Lead Abatement Supervisor, reinforcing his commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Jennifer Landry serves as Co-Owner and Chief Financial Officer of Certum Elite, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in  finance, collections, and operational leadership. Her background reflects a  strong foundation in accountability, organization, and hands-on management.

Known for her attention to detail and strategic mindset, Jennifer plays a key role in supporting the company’s financial health, internal operations, and long-term direction.

Tabitha Randazzo serves in a Sales and Marketing role at Certum Elite, where she supports client engagement, business development, and brand growth. She is known for her detail-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and commitment to supporting solutions that drive efficiency and long-term success.

Tabitha brings a well-rounded professional background with experience in account management, training and development, operations, and customer service across multiple industries. She is recognized for her ability to manage priorities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build strong professional relationships.

Blake Foreman is a Project Coordinator at Certum with more than 19 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry. He brings a proven track record of supporting multi-client operations while maintaining a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and operational excellence. Throughout his career, Blake has demonstrated expertise in mentoring and developing personnel, overseeing workforce conduct, and resolving personnel issues promptly and effectively. His experience spans collaboration with multiple corporate clients, requiring adaptability, discretion, and a client-focused approach. Blake’s core competencies include Inventory Management, Project Management, Project Coordination, and Customer Service. He holds certifications as an Asbestos Abatement Supervisor and in Industrial Radiation Safety, reinforcing his commitment to regulatory compliance and workplace safety.

A strong advocate for relationship-driven success, Blake prioritizes building long-term client partnerships and fostering a positive, productive work environment. Outside of his professional career, Blake is actively involved in youth athletics as a travel baseball coach and volunteer soccer coach. He has been married for over 11 years and is a proud father of two children.
